Hi!

Please can someone assist me.

I use the Venture theme and would like to remove "Shipping Calculated at Checkout" on the product pages (see screenshot below). Ideally I would like to hide it by commenting it out.

Thanks in advance!

Hi there @guyv. I can help you out with this.

You can remove that phrase from within your language editor by going to Online store > Themes and clicking Actions > Edit languages next to your Venture theme. From here you can either search for the phrase you'd like to remove or you can find it by going to the Products tab and locating the Shipping policy html section. If you erase the phrase under the "Shipping policy html", replace it with a blank space, and click Save, that sentence will be removed from your product pages.

I also noticed that you are using a vintage theme and I wanted to ask if you've had a chance to take a look at any Online Store 2.0 themes? These themes allow for much greater customization in addition to some other benefits I've listed below. You can find a list of our free ones available on this page if you'd like to try them out. You can also learn more about Online Store 2.0 here.

Benefits of Online Store 2.0:

  • Sections on every page: Customize the content on most of your online store's pages. Add, rearrange, or remove sections and blocks to create unique page layouts.
  • Enhanced app support: Install or change apps without touching any code. Add app functionality anywhere in your theme using app blocks.
  • Richer content using dynamic sources: Add dynamic, specialized information to settings in your theme by connecting the setting to a dynamic source. A dynamic source can be a resource attribute or a metafield value.
  • Collection filtering: Allow customers to filter collections in your store by availability, price, and more.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
