Venture theme

I changed to the venture theme (it had most of what I want). I want to change the footer to be centred with the links sort of like this image

Also I want to change the height of my thumbnail slider to be more centred with the main image.

I managed to fix the arrows on my product page but I cant seem to find how to make the scroller more central to the main image and I want the photos to be squared, so frustrating. I still cannot find how to make the menu horizontal. It looks horrible. Any help would be appreciated.

Also I can't find how to change the slideshow image sizes, I am redoing my photos so the thumbnail sizes will be different.
