venture them looks great on desktop. But it is NOT mobile friendly at all . Is there a way i can make my site mobile friendly as a whole ?

Can you elaborate on a tangible explanation of how venture is not mobile friendly.

From your screenshots the theme is doing EXACTLY what it's designed to do on mobile based on the content you've added: wrapping content to fit in a literal smaller screen space.

So if the issue is you want the mobile site to look like the desktop site DO NOT do that.
