Video Thumbnail on Product appearing washed out

Hey, my Thumbnail on the Video is washed out somehow... Anyone knows what causes that?

And another Question: Is it possible to have the sound activated as soon as i start the video?

You probably have a colour/opacity overlay on the video. If that's the case, you can probably remove/edit it with CSS.
