Thank you for the store link! You can absolutely have a video autoplay on page loading, and if the video is hosted on Youtube you can find the embed code to make that happen in Google's Help Center: Embed videos.

I fully understand the aesthetic experience you are trying to build for your website and why you want to have this video autoplay for customers. It's important to note that autoplaying videos can be a huge bandwidth suck, slowing down site performance or affecting users with accessibility concerns. From that side of things, I personally don't recommend having an autoplaying video on your website, or at least not on the homepage. The choice is absolutely yours to make of course!
