yes please check your theme setting is allow this option

theme setting is not allowed to do that so that's why we need to create a new collection page or add some coding

I also had required this feature but theme support team cost a lot. I found one guy on YouTube. He already published videos on each of the theme for "Viewing Product Color Variants As Separate Products On Collection Page".  People are also selling App for this but it cost too much each month.
