Want to change the mobile display of a multicolumn block

I have a multicolumn block that has 4 elements. In desktop it is 2 items over 2 items.

But in Mobile it is one column wide and is swipeable.

I want the Mobile version to be like the Desktop version with 2 items over 2 items.

You can do that by changing the settings of your multiple column section, following this image below in the store admin > Sales channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize

That mobile option is not available in the Concept theme we have

It should have this option be there. Please turn off Enable swipe on mobile also.
