Want to create a check box feature on product page

On this page, I would like to offer a click box of some type to ask the customer if they want to add an oil dropper with the fragrance oil they select. It would cost an additional  $1 if they click yes to the oil dropper, or keep the price the same if they click no.

Is this possible?
