Want to customize the header section for dawn theme

I want to customize the header section for shopify dawn theme. And want to make it like the image below.

Currently the header section appears like this for mobile

and for desktop, also for desktop can't see the icons

I want the header same for both mobile and laptop as in the image . Please help me out with this.
