want to keep titles in some collection page and some with banner image

Hi,

i have multiple collections on store where i managed to put different banners for each collection through metafield,

however, in some collections i just want to put titles instead of banners.

i created one metafield to add text but not sure what to do next, below is how one of my collection looks for now.
