Want to product variant wise tool tip or hover text

I am using variants in the site like size, color. and size is like 38, 40, 42, 46 but what I want for size 40 and size42 I wanted to show READY TO SHIP  text when we hover on it.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I have doubt how I can manage from the backend and how can I connect in frontend
