I would like to convert the dawn theme into a 2 page site (home page with catalog on bottom + contact page).

How can I delete the existing catalog page in the theme?

Hi @cherifish

You can hide or delete theme on the Costumize.

Online store > Theme > Costumize > And Select the Section you like to hide or delete.

Like this.

You can delete or visible.

Go to your online store -> Navigation -> and select Main menu and than delete the "catalog" menu item
