Website header disappears when viewed on mobile (iPhone specifically)

I have a gradient header on my website. When viewed on desktop and Android phone it looks OK but as soon as I open my website on iPhone, it turns black. I know this because I chatted with an advisor and she checked with her team whether they were able to see the header on their phones, she confirmed those who had Androids were able to see the original gradient header. 

I'm already far beyond the deadline to launch my store and I have no clue how to code. Please help!
