Website not working this evening. All collection pages are blank

Hi, 

 

Can anyone help, or does anyone know if Shopify are having issues? All my collection pages are suddenly blank of any products. I;ve had to switch off Google Ads to stop customers hitting the site, can anyone help please?

 

www.hula-beach.com I upgraded to Mr Parker 2.0 a few weeks ago, ut it was all running fine until today.

Hey @Miss_Hula,

I have just taken a look at your website and each collection appears to have products allocated. Were you able to resolve this issue or are you still having trouble on your end?

I don't know if you have anything planned for BFCM this year, but now is the time to make some preparations. BFCM is one of the biggest sales weekends of the year and sees the start of the holiday season as well. Every year my go-to is this BFCM Checklist. It allows me to make sure that I am making the best use of my time and resources and it really helps take the pressure off by starting early. It is well worth the read should you be interested!

Hi,

 

I have had to revert back to the 1.0 version because Underground are unwilling to help me as it was caused by downloading the Segumo app. So a warning to others using 2.0 websites, don;t download Segumo. 

 

I have to re install 2.0 and re do all my work.

The official advice from Underground -

As the theme is incapable of making any decisions on what shows up in the collections or not, this would definitely be something remaining from the app. Because it's third party code, we'd be unable to troubleshoot this for you, and recommend downloading a fresh copy of the theme. Alternately, reaching out to the app developer to have them help troubleshoot any issues their app caused you.

This is what I see on Mr Parker version 2.0 after installing and uninstalling Segumo. Do you have any ideas on where there any be residual code hiding?

The Seguno App code could certainly be the cause of the issue. When uninstalling third-party apps from your store, sometimes pieces of code still linger in your theme. Some residual codes have conflicts with theme functionality and need to be resolved through the app developers. Next, I highly suggest reaching out to Seguno directly and have them review your theme.liquid to ensure the complete removal of the app. I have linked their support details below:
