Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
When we 'Archive' a product what exactly happens to the DATA stored in the product record.
Does it change or eliminate any data affiliated with that product? Such as barcodes, google fields, FB categories, etc?
We are archiving products in an attempt to get them out of data feeds to Google, FB, etc but when we go to
reactivate those products, it seems we have to enter these fields all over again.
Understanding how to 'deal' with products we need to keep for order history and SEO but not have them overcrowd the product catalogs on other platforms is beyond me.
Any insight into this would be appreciated.
