What is the best and cheapest way to BackUp shopify Theme & Database?

Hi,

Before I make any changes, I like to back my Shopify Theme and Database (the entire store with customers, orders etc).

What is the best cheapest option to take a BackUp of the the entire store with the above details?

I think it's all mentioned here. You can duplicate your store, export to CSV, and if theme only then from the them download the whole theme as a zip

The better solution is "Backups by Evervest". Its a free app from Switzerland. This guys are experts and a team of students from ETH and University. You can write also your needs over the chat. If much people has the same requirements, they will deveop it in the next version of the app very fast.
