What's the easiest way to duplicate a page template without duplicating the data?

If I try to duplicate a page template from the code editor, the data will be duplicated because data is saved inside sections, so I'll have to manually duplicate all the sections within a template as well.

Is there an easier way about it? Which duplicate pages and sections? In other words, duplicating pages without copying the data?

can you please create separate page template and section you can do this so doesn't data copy  other pages

Yes I know that, but most templates have too many sections, it's a hassle to copy all of them
