WHISPER THEME main menu not working as drawer

Hello

so i had drawer menu and it was working fine. i wanted to change it to be showing on hover instead of click.

so i followed the recommendation of someone here who gave a code to use in ASSETS / GLOBAL 

when i did it , the menu stopped working, neither on click or hover.

i tried to reverse the code back to orignal after i saved it but its not giving me the option to rewind.

i created another whisper theme and copy pasted the orignaL ASSETS GLOBAL file in hope to fix the issue butmy drawer menu is not working still.... i had to choose mega or drop down which i dont like.

anyone can help me to fix it please?

i have also noticed a new problem i cant add items to the cart and what i already had from days ago i cant seem to remove it
