Why am I not able to play video on loop on my product page

I want to add 1 or 2 videos on my product page, but when I add a video section, the added video doesn't play on loop by itself. I am currently working on the basic Shopify plan.

Kindly give proper suggestions on how I can add videos that play on loop by themselves.

@Mehrali93 - are you adding videos using html video tag? it has the loop attribute
