Why are all my Symmetry theme pages duplicating each other?

Hi! I just bought the Symmetry Shopify theme and it was all going great, but now all of my pages are copying each other? For example, I created my "About" page and when I tried to add another page to my site it would automatically be the exact same page as the "About" page. I even tried deleting every single page on my Shopify account and start over but it does the exact same thing for my new pages even when my "About" page is fully deleted.

can you please create new page template and assign that's work for easy for each page different content

I'm experiencing the same exact thing! It's the most infuriating thing. Did you find a solution to the problem?

Same thing happening to me. I have a FAQ page that I created and another Page for a Seperate function - It is copying and won't let me just "edit" one page without affecting the other

I’m having the same issue and have been waiting to talk to someone other than AI for a long time… does anyone have an answer?

Hi

I think it has something to do with the template that it is assigned to. My blog posts were doing the same but if I create a new template for each blog and assign that it seems to work.

Hi, did you find the answer to this? I have lost all my work on each page I created, and now one image is repeating on each page. Is this the normal for Symmetry? as this is just costing too much of my time fixing up my website each time there is some kind of glitch in their system.

I’m having the same issue. I spent 3 hours online with support while they had me install code to “fix” this issue. In the end the exact thing happened to them and then spent another hour while I waited for support to try and  undo all the changes made.  Support was not able to fix  all the things they changed-  my husband had to figure it out. Support is not well trained enough. 

I wished I had never purchased Symmetry theme and would not recommend it to anyone.
