Why are my product collections not linking correctly in the Dawn theme?

Hi, I'm having an issue with the Dawn theme where my collections are not linking to product groups, as well as "Shop All" not linking to products even though "all products" is the selected navigation. 

I've checked all the navigations in menus and everything looks fine, have even deleted and added all the collections and product links but no luck. We're considering switching to Shopify from Square so we're on the trial to see if we can get this set up like we need, but hardly anything seems to be linking properly. I've made sure there are different collection list templates for each type of page, since before I was encountering an issue where changes would apply across the board to all different manufacturer pages and show unrelated collections based off of the last change. 

IE-

Disposables>Disposables categories (general, piercing, tattoo) all link to another unrelated jewelry manufacturer Page. 

Jewelry>Clayton LTD>Clayton LTD categories (Seam rings, settings, solids) all simply refresh the Clayton LTD Page even though there are tagged and visible products in all categories. 

Help please?
