Why are my product photos blurry on Dawn theme?

I have been having this issue for awhile now and no one has given an answer that has fixed my issue. My product photos show up blurry once uploaded into Shopify. They are clear prior to being uploaded. I have tried changing the resolution and size several times to all of the dimensions and resolutions I have found, but nothing has worked. 

If important, I am using Dawn Theme.

Please help me get this fixed!

4. Check your theme settings: Make sure your theme settings aren't automatically resizing or compressing your images. You can also try adjusting the image sizes in your theme settings to see if that helps.

I'm also having the same issue. The images work perfectly with another theme and have good quality. But when I use the images in the dawn them the quality is completely changed.
