Why aren't my Visa and MasterCard payment methods showing up?

Dear sirs, 

 

I bought Honey them,  while I didn't found my payment methods VISA & MASTER CARD appear in the bottom,  just PAYPAL appear

If you have the Honey theme installed on your store, you can enable the payment icons by following the steps below:

 

  1. On your Shopify admin, navigate to Online store > Themes > Click Customize next to the Honey theme.
  2. Once in the Theme editor, scroll down on the left-hand sidebar until you see the Footer heading.
  3. Click Sub footer. From there, you should be able to see a checkbox that says Show payment icons next to it. Make sure that you've ticked this checkbox so that the payment icons will display on the footer of your store.

If you've enabled the above setting on your store, make sure that all payment gateways have also been successfully set up, so that the proper payment icons can be displayed.

 

Which payment gateway do you have on your store? You can navigate to Settings > Payments, and check that the relevant payment gateway you'd like to enable has been set up properly. If you're using Shopify Payments, you can use this guide to help set up this gateway on your store.
