Why aren't my Vitals apps displaying on my product page?

Hi, Ive just individually set up a various amount of vitals apps, like product reviews, related products, product description tabs, recently viewed and upsell builder but when trying to implement them on to my shopify store, specifically my product page it comes up with 'app is not visible on this page'. What am i doing wrong? even when im editing the theme directly through shopify i cant manage to get any of these apps to display on my website.

In the customizer, if you look on the left and go to app settings, is it turned on in your theme?
