Why can't I edit my checkout page anymore?

I can’t edit my checkout page anymore. Everytime I press the customize button or try to navigate to the page, it sends me to the homepage. I’ve seen others have this problem about a year ago but never seems to have been resolved. Get this tech issue fixed!!!
