Why can't I remove a block from my first online store build?

Hey Guys, 

I am building my first store here on shopify and I am using a zip file that I found online. Everything was working perfect, I got everything down and my website was complete. But then I found this drop down, which is from the original zip file. I wanted to delete it but it just kept doing this. I have added a Screenshot of what its doing and what it was. Its just loading, you know the circle thing. But its been doing this for a lot of time. This is the only left, after this I can launch my first ever store. 

Can someone please help me?
