Why can't I save a video background on my Dawn theme?

Hello i am facing this issue of error. i want to add video on background for my DAWN theme.
but when i enter the code from Sections - Ad new - Give name video-background-and paste the code but it did get not save and give me the error.
Please watch the attached video of 5 seconds to understand
can you please tell me the reason when i click on save shopify give this error on my website.
