Why did my store's theme change automatically?

Theme of store was changed automatically. And there are no option for changing of theme. Please solve my issue.

Hi, @RahulVerma. I'm happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I understand what's happening on your end. I want to make sure I give you helpful advice going forward.

  • Which theme were you using and which theme was your store changed to?
  • When did this happen? Did you make any recent changes to your account or Shopify plan before you noticed this change?
  • When you say that there are no options to change the theme, do you mean that you can't add themes to your account? Or do you mean that there is no Publish option for other themes in the Theme library section of your Shopify admin?

Themes definitely should not be changed without you or another staff member making the change. You may be able to double check how this change was made by viewing the account's recent history in your Shopify admin. If you log in to your Shopify admin, you should see a list of recent account activity in the Activity area of your admin's home page. You can also click the View all recent activity button to see more.

If you haven't yet, I also recommend you try these steps to publish the theme you want customers to see. If this isn't working, and you don't see the theme change in the Activity area of your admin, we'd need to look into this further to find out what caused this issue. Once I have more information I can share more suggestions about what happened and how to fix this.

Did you ever figure this out? My theme just changed when I added the POS option again and I can no longer change my theme. When I go to change the theme it says that I need to check my plan. I'm using an expensive plan that includes the POS and the regular Shopify website.
