Why does Empire theme cause mobile scrolling issues?

Hello,

I am having an issue when trying to scroll down on the products page and wherever there’s an image on the page, the website freezes up. The page moves slightly and bounces back to the starting position.

see video for more information. I am using Empire theme and this is causing major issues. Thanks for your help!
