when im trying to save the main-product.liquid file its keeps showing this error, im trying to add presale logic to the template

'endfor' is not a valid delimiter for form tags.

There are multiple possibilities which could be resulting this error.
1> Closing of the tag was not done
2> Closing of the tag was done at wrong place
3> Any other unintentional change.

Can you please provide screenshots/code of the file before and after your changes, so that I can guide you better.
