Why does my cursor turn into a grabbing hand in theme settings?

While i was going to click on "header" the cursor became a grabbing hand and i cant move around the store anymore only on the left where theres all themes settings.

Having same issue. I can't even save my work so I have to exit and redo all the changes I made...

I spoke too son. Ctrl + S allowed me to save the work. This has happened to me multiple times.
