Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
hi my desktop version is fine it looks normal but my desktop version looks all zoomed in
heres my website link https://magicsponges-1.myshopify.com
oh sorry for that issue can you please confirm this look.
Thanks for sharing your screenshot here too, @KetanKumar.
Out of curiosity, which browser on mobile are you accessing the website on?
I've tried accessing it on my iPhone via Safari and Chrome, both on incognito mode, and the issue seems to persist on both browsers. I've also tried a different device (iPhone as well), and it's still showing me the same issue, as seen below.
Can you confirm if you're seeing the same issue as the above image please, @magic1? Which browser are you accessing your website from too, on your mobile phone?

In this case, you can get in touch with our Live Support team using the link and instructions I sent through in my first reply. We can investigate your account from our end to help further troubleshoot the situation and, if need be, loop in our Themes Specialists so that they can take a closer look at your theme.

Hi, @magic1.
I've just tested your store on my own mobile and can see what you mean. Your website's theme doesn't seem to be functioning as intended on my end via mobile, and I've tried this on incognito mode too.
Do you have any third-party apps installed on your store at all, that might be controlling how your store's theme is functioning?
If so, you can try to disable the app's features for the time being, if it's available to do so within the app, to see if the issue will be fixed. You can also try and install a fresh copy of a Shopify theme by going to Online store > Themes > Explore free themes and select a theme to add to your library. From there, click on Actions > Preview, and you can then test your store's website on mobile to see if it will fix the issue.
If the issues don't persist on the fresh theme, chances are a third-party app may be interfering with how your store's theme is meant to function on mobile. If you or a developer working on your store have made any code changes recently to your theme, the newly added code may also be the cause of this issue.
If you need further help to look into your issues, you can contact our team so that we can take a closer look at your account from our end. We aren't able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our support team via our help centre here. Once you've logged in to your store on our help centre, select the topic that best fits your query or situation. After that, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.
While we're on the topic of themes, how are you getting on with designing your website? If you need some guidance on customising your theme, we have some really great blogs that I'll link below so that you can have a good read of them:
