Why does my high-resolution image appear blurry on my website?

Hello, My website Pawtags https://pawstag.com/ image banner appears very blurry on my end. I've got a high resolution and have used the correct image size. When viewing the photo in photos on my computer in full screen the image is sharp and crisp. However, when uploaded to Shopify the image totally loses its quality and is very blurry. And help would be appreciated. I have uploaded the full res photo so you can see the
