Why does my search bar display 234 products for a 12 product collection?

Hello

I am using the prestige theme

When I am searching the collection name "TITLE" then showing 234 products but I have only 12 products in the collection of "TITLE" and Other collections products are working correctly when type the name of the other collection in the search bar.

Please help me to fix it.
