Why does my website show desktop view on iPhone 12?

Hi,

I have an urgent problem with my website. When people go to my website on certain phones the desktop view is displayed instead of the phone view. I noticed this on an iPhone 12 in particular. I don't know why this is happening as I tried to publish one of the backup pages that worked before that now has the same problem. How do I fix this?
