Why does the Flow theme newsletter subscribe button disappear?

I'm using the Flow theme and my homepage newsletter subscribe button disappeared.

Any ideas?

It appears as though this issue is directly related to your theme. Have you made any edits to your theme's code recently? Or, have you added an app that might have affected or replaced the newsletter sign up function on your website? If so, I would recommend reverting to an old version of your theme to see if that solves the problem. If this issue coincides with an app download, it would be worth reaching out to the app developer for insight.
