Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
The mega menu always loads after the Theme default menu. You will always see the theme default menu first and the Qikify mega menu later. This is not a perfect experience. Can you please help me with this problem?

That's pretty typical when you're using a mega menu app. Apps load after the theme loads, so it makes sense that there would be a millisecond or two, where it shows the built-in nav menu for your theme, before it's replaced with the nav menu from your mega menu app.
Couple of suggestions for you though:
You could try removing all items from your default navigation menu, so that when the page loads, nothing shows in the navigation menu, before the mega menu app you're using has time to load.
I'd personally recommend not using a mega menu app though. Instead, use a theme that has built-in mega menu support, so that you can build the navigation menu directly via the 'customize theme' page.
These themes have 'mega menu' functionality built into them: https://themes.shopify.com/themes?features%5B%5D=mega-menu&sort_by=most_relevant
