I have a broken image placeholder and associated alt image tag that reads: "website" that all of a sudden started showing up in the upper left hand corner of my sitewide page header here: https://www.sperdirect.com. I am using the Minimal theme, and though I have combed through the site settings, apps and source code, I can't figure out where this is coming from. Can someone help shed some light on this and how to fix?
