Why is my announcement bar not scrolling on desktop?

Hey everyone,

I have noticed for some reason my desktop announcement bar doesn't scroll. On mobile it repeats the same message and scrolls at the pace I've set. Can someone please check that the desktop announcement bar is scrolling on their screen, and if it isn't please provide a solution.

Thanks for the answer, I think perhaps custom code from installing an app could be the problem but I can't find annoucement bar code. I take it that would be before <header> on theme.liquid but I am unsure? Please advise.

No Namphan, as far as I can see the announcement bar is not scrolling on my screen. Can you see it scrolling on yours? If so that's perfect.

Thanks for letting me know. Is that on a specific browser? On any of my browsers it doesn't work at all.
