Why is my burger menu not showing in mobile version?

The burger menu has disappeared from the header in mobile version. Can anybody help me get it back please.

I've tried to do that, the menu doesn't show in the mobile version - there was a burger menu in the left of the mobile header but it doesn't show anymore
