Why is my collapsible content not functioning properly?

Collapsible content is malfunctioning. Row content is showing up next to the heading, as shown in the image below. Any idea of what could be the cause? Thanks!

@JardinYMas here it works perfect on Dawn theme can you update your theme and try on updated copy?

@kazi I'm already using the last version.. I ended up starting from scratch and it's working now. I don't know what may have been the cause, probably some custom css I added, but not sure.

It would be the css/js conflict 🙂
