Why is my image banner not visible in Dawn theme on mobile view?

Hihi all the pros, I've encountered issue that my image banner now showing in mobile view 

i've tried adding code mentioned in post below, however it doesn't work. Please help.

can you try this code

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/section-image-banner.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.banner--adapt {height: 190px;}
}

hello, I've encountered issue that my image banner is not showing in mobile view  and desktop view . The Image banner does only show when im logged in my shopify and go to the "online store"  section and when i go to "view my store"

i've tried adding code mentioned in post below, however it doesn't work. Please help.

It didn't work for me. Any other tips? Im on the Taste theme and not able to see the full image banner in mobile view.
