Why is my image resizer not working after selecting size?

Despite clearing cache & history, the image re-sizer only allows me to get as far as uploading images and selecting preferred size but then the submit button does nothing? Anyone have any solutions please? Thanks

So I went ahead and jumped onto our free Image Re-Sizer page and looked to resize some photos. I was able to resize my images in all of the format types, and I tried this using some different photos. This suggests that the issue you're facing is device specific, so let's troubleshoot that!

Awesome job doing a cache/cookies clear - this is our usual first step. I do have two suggestions I'd like you to try, and then re-attempt your image resizing to see if it works.

• Try using a different browser to re-size your images. I also recommend using a 'private viewing' window, or an 'incognito' window, if you're using Chrome
• Reset the device you're using to re-size the images, and reset your internet as well. This may seem a little redundant, but it can clear things up!

Do you mind me asking why you're resizing your photos? Are you currently working on some product or banner images for your store? I have a resource I wanted to pass along to you here that covers how to take great product and promotion photos for your business!

Try uploading only 2 images at one time. It should work.
