Why is my mobile menu not functioning properly?

i have been able to make a few simple modifications such as adding a back button and moving the menu header to below the image block but now the menu on the mobile version is not working and there is an "action" thing hovering about that doesn't do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I just checked your store and found that the menu working normally.
Regarding to the Action button, it because you are login to your store as an admin, so it shows the action button. The customer will not see that button.

How do i log out from admin and view as a customer?

• Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
• Asset->base.css 
• Paste the below code at the bottom of the file

visibility: visible !important;

}
