Why is my Spark theme not displaying cart product images?

So my spark theme is acting weird lately, when i add something to my cart and the product icon image shows '?' icon and its really bad

as you can see the pic above shows no product image like missing error in code perhaps?

@marlolean - check selected code here, the image is showing null, means the code which is used to show image is incorrect

what do i have to do with this error? i dont know much about coding but if you show me a code that i can copy paste that would be highly appreciated
