Why is the announcement bar text highlighting incorrectly?

there is some thing wrong with announcement bar text

karmasports.au ,if you best deals 20% off , deals is highlighted blue ,whereas i didnt put in link in that ,when i remove that text ,then that highlight is shifted on the below announcement bar's text "welcome" text ,whats wrong with it ,
