Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
When going onto the Checkout it's loading all weird and out of place. It's not happening every time but 95% of the time it will load like this
I've tried updating my phone's browser, restarting phone, removing recent payment provider(Zip), clearing Cache, changing from Roaming to Wifi, clearing phone storage. All didn't work, my stores been running for over 3 years without this issue until recently.
Hi, I have the same problem now.
How did you fix it? Or have you?
Found a fix? I need to know too!
We have the same issue. We
ve tried everything but the problem remains.
Did you find a fix?? Im having the same problem.
same problem with checkout on my samsung phone. i am using parallax theme, checkout is glitchy just like you explained
Never managed to fix it, sometimes it's fine but often it's bugged. Shopify didn't offer any help 😕
Im looking for an answer too. Seems to be Android-related since it has worked on the iPhones I've tried. Im using a OnePlus Nord 2.
Are you using Chrome? my issues are also on Android
I am indeed.
Alright folks, let's tackle the problem.
First things first, it's not related to Shopify.
Just head over to your phone's apps, find the "Chrome" app, and hit "uninstall updates". That's all there is to it
That doesn't fix the issue, I've tried it.
Did you find any solution about it? I have the same problem
The issue seems to be related to the web browser rather than Shopify. Chromium (the engine used for a number of different browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Brave and others) currently has a bug that is causing this rendering issue with a number of different pages, not just Shopify.
Currently the only workaround that is known is specific to Google Chrome and is to disable GPU rasterisation on the chrome://flags (Chrome://flags).
For other chromium based browsers such as Brave, the only suggestion I offer for a workaround in this case is to use a non-chromium based browser like Firefox until this issue is resolved.
But most customers use Chrome. Any code solution to add? I loose sales. Any idea to fix it by code?
I'm considering moving off Shopify as it's costing me sales also
Did you find a solution?
