On our product page the image hotspot is not working properly.

there should appear a textbox above the hotspot, but when using safari desktop browser sometimes it simply does not load. already tried disabling lazy load for this section in liquid file, but that did not work.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?
