Why is there a black space on my homepage video?

Hello

I have added a video ( as a mp4 file) on my front page:

www.thebodyshop.co.ao

Why do i have this black space?

I have done the same thing on another similar site and it worked fine

Both are set up as 650px desktop height - i tried changing but the black still remains.

Please advise

Hi @TBS2023 ,

As your requirement, you can try this following my guide: 

Step 1: Go to Online Store => Themes  => Edit code 

Step 2: 

Search theme.css and add scripts css at the end of the file: 

.hero__media-container > video {
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
}

Step 3: Save and reload pages. 

=> Result:  The black was disappear.
