Why is there no "pay invoice" button in customer admin area?

When my customers log into their account, there is no button to pay a pending order.

Why?

I would like my customers to  be able to log in and click on a button to pay theor outstanding invoices.

is this possibe?

They can click on the order...but they cant pay.

The theme may need to have the order_status_url added
